01 / CURRENT ANSWER
What is the latest FC 26 Live Editor version?
v26.3.6 is the newest release. The live manifest currently places it in the Silver field; Public and Bronze both point to v26.3.5.
“Latest” and “latest public” are therefore different answers. This page reads the access labels exactly as the creator publishes them and does not infer prices, waiting periods or membership benefits. The repository changelog was updated for v26.3.6 on 10 August 2026; the live manifest was checked again on 11 August.
02 / CHOOSE YOUR RELEASE
Which version should I download?
Use the release assigned to your access label in the official manifest. Do not replace a working v26.3.5 installation merely because v26.3.6 has a higher number.
This is the current Public value in the official manifest. It supports the current FC 26 build.
Open official post ↗Bronze currently points to the same release and official post as Public. The labels do not imply different files here.
Open official post ↗Choose this if your official access provides v26.3.6 and you want the additions listed in the next section.
Open official post ↗Match access → confirm exact game build → use the official creator link. A larger version number alone is not a reason to use an unofficial mirror.
03 / VERSION STATUS
Is FC 26 Live Editor v26.3.5 outdated?
No—not for Public or Bronze users. It is one release behind v26.3.6, but the live manifest still names it as the current Public/Bronze release and maps it to FC 26 v1.6.6.
“Older than the latest” does not mean “unsupported.” The useful test is whether your exact game build appears in the official compatibility mapping. For build 1.0.139.20381, the accepted range is v26.3.5–v26.3.6. If you already run v26.3.5 successfully and do not need a new v26.3.6 function, the official data does not require you to change it.
04 / RELEASE NOTES
What changed in v26.3.6?
The release is a focused workflow update: faster hotkey-driven actions, a suspension control, broader font support and new low-level Lua functions.
Remove a player suspension
A new editor action removes a selected player’s suspension.
Speedhack hotkey settings
Configure hotkeys for speedhack states instead of managing them only through the interface.
Run Lua scripts by hotkey
Assign a Lua script to a hotkey for repeatable Career Mode workflows.
Five Lua API additions
WriteJMP, AllocateMemory, DeallocateMemory, LegacyFileExist and LegacyFileExport.
Font size and CJK support
An extra CJK font was added, and Font Scale became Font Size with a custom-size option.
These are the official changelog entries, condensed rather than reinterpreted. v26.3.5 was the larger preceding release: it introduced Patreon authentication, a tattoo option picker, transfer columns for the Teams List and new bulk player-edit actions.
05 / GAME BUILD
Does the latest Live Editor work with FC 26 v1.6.6?
Yes. The official mapping for FC 26 v1.6.6 build 1.0.139.20381 accepts Live Editor v26.3.5 through v26.3.6.
1.0.139.20381official manifest rangeCompatibility is narrower than a guarantee: it confirms that the creator lists the version pair, not that every PC, mod combination or individual function is defect-free. If EA updates your executable beyond this build, check the manifest again before launching Live Editor.
06 / SELF-CHECK
How can I verify the current version myself?
Use the raw project files in this order. They answer three different questions and prevent an old video, screenshot or search snippet from becoming your version source.

07 / DOWNLOAD BOUNDARY
Where should I download Live Editor?
Only use the release link published by xAranaktu. The official Getting Started Wiki says Patreon is the only place where the creator uploads Live Editor.
No local file, mirror or repacked archive is hosted by this guide.
Extract the complete archive before running the launcher, back up the save you intend to edit and keep Live Editor use offline. A third-party filename that contains “26.3.6” is not proof that its contents match the creator’s release.
